A grand city centre listed building, set on seven floors, dating from 1897 and part of a set piece (including the City Hall) forming Donegall Square.  The project manager responsible for the refurbishment of the building required building conservation, repair and design advice as part of the statutory approval and specification stages of the project.

The Practice provided design and specific building conservation advice on the re-ordering of the building and on items of repair to the existing fabric.   This work included technical reports, detailed drawings and responding to the requirements of the Environment Agency as statutory approval stage and ongoing conservation and design advice as the project proceeded on site.
